The free audit
The deregistration audit is free and requires no card. There is nothing to refund.
Cancelling a paid plan
You can cancel any time from your account or by emailing hello@trailingzero.app. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again.
Refunds
If TrailingZerodidn't do what we promised, email us within [14 days] of a charge and we'll make it right — including a refund of the most recent subscription payment where appropriate. Pass-through state filing fees that have already been remitted to a tax authority can't be refunded by us.
